Many Thai businesses want AI but get stuck on the same question: where do customer data, costs and prices end up?

Our answer is simple: your data should live on your machines. Open-source models today are good enough for most business tasks, and they run on hardware installed inside your company. Nothing has to leave for someone else's cloud.

This solves three things at once: data privacy in line with PDPA, fixed costs that don't scale with usage, and ownership — the system is yours, and any team can take it over.

We run this approach on our own systems every day before deploying it for clients.

You don't need a big project to start. Most shops selling on Shopee, Lazada and LINE lose time to the same three chores:

• Orders and stock — typed from the platform into Excel, then again into the LINE group, every day. Connect the tools and the data flows by itself.
• Repeated LINE questions — price, stock, shipping, COD. The same questions dozens of times a day. Automate the answers, hand over to a human only when needed.
• Daily reporting — yesterday's sales, summarized to your phone each morning, without opening each platform's back office.

Our rule for choosing: start with the most repeated, most painful task. Ship one piece that works, then build from there.
